The selected proponent will be requested to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The terms and conditions found in the Form of Agreement (Appendix A) are to form the basis for commencing negotiations between the City and the selected proponent. It is the City's intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 1 year. This solicitation describes a requirement for construction services at the Fleet Street Landfill facility; - Reconstruction, and paving of the existing North and East Landfill perimeter roadways, including associated drainage repairs; - As secondary, potentially additional, work depending on final bid budgets; Re-alignment of a portion of the existing West perimeter roadway; and, Repair/reconstruction of the surface water drainage for the entire site, including modification to the existing North stormwater drainage pond, and repair to outlet of existing South stormwater drainage pond.
