Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool.
* The construction manager is WestridgeWright Aquatics Joint Venture Inc. The award represents the total that can be awarded to the supplier and excludes GST. This serves as official notice to vendors of the City's plan to release a negotiated request for proposals competition for construction management services required to deliver a new indoor aquatics facility heated by a deep geothermal system. The scope of the facility is anticipated to include areas for aquatics competitions, leisure aquatics, spectator viewing, concession(s), multi-purpose areas, changing rooms, administration areas, support services, and related infrastructure. The new facility will also include a new spray pad and playground, site development and servicing. Interested proponents, subcontractors and suppliers are required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to being granted access to the RFP documents on a SharePoint site. Interested Parties must submit the completed, signed NDA, and request access via email, no later than June 30, 2024, to: City of Regina Email: procurement@regina.ca Attention: Rod Chalifour It is anticipated the RFP documents will be available to proponents, subcontractors and suppliers who have signed the NDA the week of June 10, 2024. However, this date is subject to change, and any updates regarding this date will be communicated promptly.
