Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

In general, the Work outlined within this specification is required for a proposed expansion planned at an existing energized SaskPower Station, Fleet Street Switching Station, located east of Regina, Saskatchewan. Work at the Site will occur both within the station as brownfield Work, as well as outside the existing station as greenfield Work. The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to complete the following Work as specified in this Specification and on the Contract Drawings: a. Site Preparation b. High Voltage Cable Installation with Cable Vaults c. Fencing d. Ducting e. Grounding The Contractor shall be prepared with the appropriate labour and equipment to ensure the Work is completed effectively and efficiently as possible. Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. * The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
