Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

Project consists of a new one-story portable double classroom that is 24' x 64' at Miami Elementary School. The portable classroom will include restrooms, plumbing, power, lighting, HVAC and built-in data. The classroom will set in the southwest corner of the lot beside the west double door entrance between the gym/cafeteria and the classroom wings. The portable classroom will include concrete footings, auger anchors, and steps with a switchback handicap ramp. The exterior of the building will be of metal siding. The scope of the project will include the coordination and location of utility hook-ups, (water, power, sewer, and data) from the main school building to the new portable classroom. It will also include a privacy fence as needed and a covered canopy walkway from the school doors to the portable classroom entrance. Project schedule is as follows: Start date is July 5th, 2022, completion date of December 30th, 2022. A Bid Bond or Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference.
