The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof. The School District reserves the right to increase or decrease by ten percent (10%) the quantity of any item in the specifications on which proposals are accepted. The Contractor will provide labor, material, and professional services to install intercom hardware as described. Provide Project Management services as required to perform the following: Coordinate the purchase, receipt and delivery of all provided materials Coordinate the scheduling of all engineering services, drafting services, technician services and training personnel services. The site survey is included in order to minimize the impact that the new System installation will have on Customer's personnel. The site survey is also intended to eliminate change orders. o Field Programming - program the initial System parameters.
