Site work and renovation of a civil project in Richmond, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City ofRichmond, Missouri is soliciting proposals from interested consulting engineers for designing approximately 26,000 linear feet ofwater main to water transmission line replacement. The scope ofthis project will also include miscellaneous water treatment plant rehabilitation work for the purpose of asset renewal. Interested firms are asked to submit the following information for the following project: Resumes ofproposed project manager and project team members; Organization Chart List ofprojects ofsimilar size, type and complexity performed by the firm Project Approach/Understanding The selection of consultant firms for this project by the Citys Staff Screening and Selection Committee will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: 1. Project Approach/Understanding - 20 points 2. StaffAssignments - 20 points 3. Qualifications - 30 points 4. Familiarity with the City ofRichmond water/wastewater system - 30 points The City will select a consultant for design ofthe scope ofwork. The selected firm will be asked to develop a schedule along with a scope and fee for the project. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
