The City of Richmond is seeking bids for Southview Lake Bank Clean Up located at 333 E. The City of Richmond is seeking bids for Southview Lake Bank (clean up) located at 333 East South St Scope of work includes: 1. Remove all underbrush, debris and trees except ones marked to save 2. Dredge North end of the lake to remove vegetation and silt 3. Grade bank for drainage and lined with rip-rap 4. Approximately 30' (foot) up from waterline to deter erosion 5. Clearing will extend from boat ramp around north end of the lake approximately 450' to the east side The City of Richmond reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities and to reject any and all bids if such actions are deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
