The City of Richmond is seeking proposals for the removal & disposal of lime sludge from the Citys water treatment facility. The City of Richmond is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for the removal and disposal of lime sludge generated from the City's drinking water treatment plant. The City has two sludge lagoons, approximately 174' x 174' x 170' x 7' feet deep. The South Lagoon (#1) is currently full and the materials to be removed are wet. The bid is to excavate, remove and dispose of all lime sludge settled in the Water Plant Lagoon #1.
