The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods.The City has a VOR-DME beacon currently restricting approximately 70-acres of land surrounding it. The City has requested the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) elevate (dopplerization) the ground-mounted beacon to reduce or eliminate the restricted area. The FAA has requested the City complete an engineering and feasibility study, and prepare documents for a FAA Form 7460 evaluation process.Requests submitted for City's consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City's RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications.
