It is the intent of the City of Beaumont to solicit bids for an annual contract to provide custodial services as described herein for the Water Production Offices located at 1550 Pine Street, Beaumont, Texas 77703. This contract shall be in effect for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date of the award. Prices stated in the bid are to be firm for the period of the contract. 2.3 At the end of the initial term, the City may renew this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the price quoted. Specific questions concerning items or procedures in this solicitation, shall be submitted via fax or mail, and will be answered in writing through an Addendum. The Addendum will be posted to the City's web page, and provided by email or fax to each person receiving a bid announcement, bid package, or those attending pre-bid meetings. Questions should be directed to the individual named below. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of opening bids may not be answered. Only questions that have been resolved by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
