Site work and paving for a road / highway in Covington, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of asphalt milling, hot mix asphalt resurfacing and hot mix asphalt widening for various streets and all other work necessary for roadway restoration and as included in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for the 2022 Maintenance Improvement Program, HMA Milling, Resurfacing, and Widening of Roads in Covington, Indiana contract documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a copy of the cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City of Covington, Indiana. The Contractor shall be pre-qualified with INDOT to be considered an eligible bidder. The City of Covington, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids
