Form No. 95, as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts of Indiana, to furnish to the Fountain County Highway Department bids on the following for the year of 2022 or until a new bid is called for: GRAVEL, STONE & RIP RAP A. 40,000 tons or less of gravel with the owner of gravel pit maintaining gravel pit entirely. B. 40,000 tons or less of all grades of washed gravel, stone and rip-rap. Please include an alternate bid for FOB to County Highway Garage for stock pile. All bidders of gravel, stone or rip-rap are to designate quality on their bid and all material to be available, and used as needed by the County Highway Department. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Please make a duplicate copy of the bid on Form No. 95, which will be used at the County Highway Department.
