Renovation of a municipal facility in Covington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Street, Covington, IN 47932. Project scope includes the folowing: Remove and dispose of 8 wall In records room at entry. Re-move existing half wall where countertop is located. Frame new full height wall approxim ately 21' in length. Wall will have door opening and pass thru opening. Hang and finish dry-wall on new wall along with in-side of records room. Ceiling will need patched and textured in re cord room. Install new 42" solid core flush interior door. Instal new casing and base trim as needed for new wall at entry and record room. Install three new cabinets and countertop at re-ception area. Three drawer base at pass through and base cabin-ets at each end of the counter-top. Where pass through is loc ated the countertop will extend out through 2x4 wall. Square edge and no backsplash on countertop. Install sliding pass through glass that is 36 x 40 Install 2x10 joist floor under re-cord room in order to hold thes additional weight of safes and fil-ing cabinets. Remove drywall to expose existing window in office Install new trim around window Move countertop from one of fice to another. Supply metal brackets and trim out the face of the frame work. Rework plumb-ing for new shower and washer Relocate lavatory in new bath room. Remove and replace plumbing fixtures. New plumb-ing fixtures include 3 toilets with soft close seat, 3 wall hung lav-atories, 3 single handle faucets 3- 18"x24" mirrors, 4' shower unit with shower valve and rod and curtain. Remove electrical in new bathroom area and where new wall was built. Install elec trical for washer and dryer hook up. Add two outlets in Vaccina tion room. Fill in hallway door Remove part of existing wall in bathroom. Remove and relo cate door to east wall. Move floor register. Repair drywall as needed in bathrooms. Supply and install new LVP flooring in bathrooms. Prime and paint new Interior wall only. Remove exteri or handrail at ramp and front entry. Repair two damaged pos before placing 4" PVC sleeves over all railing post. Install new vinyl handrail with spindles. Re move and replace two exterion doors on north side of building Steel six panel doors with double bore for knob and dead bolt. Install new lock set for both doors. Paint dental molding around building. Repair dam-aged wood at front entry along with painting wood. Paint two new exterior doors.
