Renovation of an educational facility in Covington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the Construction (Including All Labor, Materials, and Equipment) of the Covington High School Secure Entry Renovation Covington Community High School 1017 6th Street, Covington, Indiana 47932 Each bid shall be accompanied by an executed non-collusion affidavit, an executed bid bond in the minimum amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and other documents required by the Instructions to Bidders. A bid bond may be a certified or cashiers check payable to the Board of School Trustees of the Covington Community School Corporation, Covington, Indiana, or an acceptable bidders bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. The Board of School Trustees of the Covington Community School Corporation, Covington, Indiana reserves the right to retain any and all bids for a period of not more than sixty (60) days and said bids shall be and remain valid and in full Force and effect during said time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, or errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
