The County anticipates awarding up to six (6) contracts to the highest ranked firms. This includes up to six (6) planning, design, engineering, and construction management services as-needed contracts at up to $3,000,000 annually per contract for a one-year (base) initial term with four (4) one-year options for a total capacity not-to-exceed $15,000,000 per contract over the five-year period. Specific work will be assigned via task orders. The Contractor and County will negotiate the scope and fees for each task order on a project-by-project basis using the negotiated hourly billing rates specified in the Agreement. Actual execution of task orders will be at the sole discretion of the County.The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is Holly Lam, Procurement Contracting Officer, Holly.Lam@sdcounty.ca.gov. Questions regarding this RFSQ shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by the Date and Time listed in Schedule, in accordance with (Duty to Inquire, Questions, and Explanation to Offerors). Oral explanations or responses to Questions will not be binding upon the County. Concerns or comments regarding this solicitation should be directed to the Contracting Officer.The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all SOQs received as a result of this RFSQ or to separately procure the same or similar goods or services.
