Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Hinckley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
It is the Contractors responsibility to identify any and all discrepancies in the scope of work, not meeting Industry Standards or that which is inconsistent with the International Residential Code (IRC), and Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe 2016 MLB Project Specification Book. Work Scope Description: Seal the onsite 6" well per MN Chapter 4725. Contractor shall include cost to seal a 250' deep well in the base bid. Provide a unit cost per ft to be used to calculate the deduct or add for cost to seal based on actual well depth. Provide owner with copies of well sealing documents. Work must be completed by September 30, 2022. The Band reserves the right to reject any bid that it is unable to collect at the Onamia post office by the bid deadline date and time, provided that the Band has made diligent and reasonable efforts to collect the bid. The Band reserves this right even in the event that the bid has been postmarked before the deadline.
