Rosebud Sioux Tribe (RST) WIC Monument Sign The Rosebud Sioux Tribe will be accepting sealed bids for a monument style sign constructed of aluminum with illuminated electronic message display capabilities. Bidding will consist of ten (10) business days beginning May 25, 2022 and ending June 8, 2022. Sealed bids should be submitted with a sealed envelope and clearly marked RST WIC Program, Bid #2022-066 on the front of the envelope. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or accept any bid or combination thereof which appears to serve the interest of the Tribe Award of the project will be subject to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe business regulatory requirements. Bidders must provide proof they are not currently suspended, debarred or voluntary excluded from or determined to be ineligible for bidding by any federal agency. All subcontractors who submit bids, include those under Indian Preference are expected to perform the work without any further contracting. If any subcontractor wishes to further subcontract work, details include payment to the second contractor must be final approval by RST. TECRO Ordinance No. 86-03 for Indian Preference in the selection process will be adhered to. The TECRO fee of 4.5 percent of project cost must be include in bid.
