Engineer's Estimate is approximately 2.8M/bridge. The work consists of the Removal and Replacement of an existing bridge crossing The Little White River, at 43.1813 Long and -100.9835 latitude on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. The new structure is a Single Span Precast Bulb Tee Bridge, 100.0 ft. total length. The construction period for the contract will begin following issuance of the Notice to Proceed no later than March 15, 2024 and shall be (Substantial Complete) no later than June 15, 2024. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside, Bid No. 23-84 -Hollow Horn Bear Bridge Replacement Project. Failure to do so will result in a bid being determined as non-responsive and the bid being returned or unopened. The Tribe will not accept e-mail, fax, or telephone bids. Bids and attachments shall be submitted one (1) original, plus nine (9) copies of the Bid form and Schedule. Bids will be received and accepted until 5:00 p.m. (CDT) on February 21, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Per the TECRO ordinance No. 86-03, the RST recognizes Indian preference however all bids are welcome. A copy of the ordinance can be downloaded at the RST website. Indian enterprises or Indian organizations must prequalify for Indian preference by first submitting evidence of Indian ownership and control to the RST TECRO office no later than one week prior to the bid opening.
