The City of Lakeland Is Seeking Bids From Qualified Contractors to Design, Manufacture, Furnish, Shop Assemble, Inspect, Test, Coat, Prepare for Shipping, Preserve During Shipment and Storage at Site, and Delivered Duty Paid (Ddp) Mcintosh Plant Location One (1) 450kw Emergency Diesel Generator, Complete With All Accessories as Hereinafter Specified. The Work Shall Include All Necessary and/or Usually Supplied Equipment and Appurtenances for the Safe, Efficient, and Convenient Operation Within the Scope of This Specification. The award of this bid, if made, may be based on considerations other than total cost and may be awarded based on various considerations, including without limitation; Bidder's experience and/or qualifications, past experience, administrative cost, standardization, technical evaluation and oral and/or written presentations as required. The City reserves the right to accept all or part, or to decline the whole, and to award this bid to one (1) or more Bidders. There is no obligation to buy. The bid, if awarded, will be in the judgement of the City the most responsive to the City's needs.
