Renovation of a parking garage in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
This project includes weatherproofing, concrete repair, expansion joint repair, handrail/guardrail repair, sealant installation, elastomeric coating and application of a traffic coating system on the upper deck. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. Bidders shall take note of requirements for notification of MBE's and WBE's as stated in paragraph 24 of the Instruction to Bidders.
