The general scope of work includes but not limited to the following: a. Inspection and measurement of culverts outfall b. Cleaning and repair of culverts c. Under water cutting and welding d. Clear Video recording, concise written reports e. Culvert/pipe cross-section survey with sketch Qualified and experienced Contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, diving equipment, vehicles, supplies, tools, and materials to perform as needed diving, inspection and repair services at various inland water bodies in the City of Weston. Work shall be in accordance with Summary of Work stated herein. Work includes inspection and measurements at outfalls, cleaning and repair of culvert, video recording, under water cutting, under water welding, written reports, and culvert/pipe cross-section survey with sketch. Minimum of 5 years experience in providing diving, inspection and repair services of similar scope as those services desired by the City is required. Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Award to one or more than one Contractor as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 3. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City. Proposed cost shall include mobilization, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, overhead, and safety measures restoration of contractor damaged areas and site cleanup required to inspect, clean, and repair the culverts in the City of Weston, in accordance with the provisions outlined in this RFIQ. The lump sum costs for each individual portion of the Work as set out herein shall be inclusive of all costs for each. Quantities are estimated for one Fiscal Year.
