Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Weston, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 15, 2022, the project has been awarded to the following contractors: Huurr Homes LLC $50,738.80 Metro Express Inc. $71,630.00 The general scope of work includes but not limited to the following: a. Removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalk. b. Site preparation and excavation to furnish and install new concrete sidewalk. c. Furnish and install new concrete sidewalk. Along with the bid quotes, all Contractors shall provide the necessary documentation to demonstrate that they meet the following qualifications: 1. Contractors shall have a minimum of five years of experience in work similar to the scope defined above for this project. 2. Contractors shall have been incorporated and in continuous operation for a minimum of the past five years from the date that this bid is issued. 3. Contractors shall be fully licensed with all required State and/or Local government licenses--copies of the licenses shall be provided. The City reserves the right to: 1. Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Award to one or more than one Contractor as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 3. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City.
