Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Eudora, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Eudora (Eudora) desires to construct the Village Green area and associated parking lot located in the Nottingham Center, 1533 Locust St. Eudora has contracted Slaggie Architects (SAI) and Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting (RIC) to design and engineer this project. By the current schedule, the construction would start in 3rd quarter of 2022. With available funding, Eudora desires to proceed with this project, therefore we are requesting a base bid with two alternates. .Base Bid: Install the parking lot and Village Green grass plaza with associated hardscape and specified landscaping. (per plans) Alternate #1: Paver walkway diagonally through the plaza and associated lighting and landscape benches. (per plans) Alternate #2: Farmers Market Pavilion and associated electrical.
