Coal Creek Utility District intends to replace the existing mechanical and electrical equipment in the Pleasant Cove Lift Station with brand new pumps, piping, fittings, and electrical cabinet. The District also intends to clear the vegetation around the site and pave the area completely, as well as coat the interior of the existing wet well. The lift station is located directly adjacent to 8121 118th Ct SE, Newcastle, WA 98056. The District wishes to start the project immediately after the award and to have all work completed within the time specified in these contract documents, within 45 days of NTP. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
