Reference Number 0000225192 Source ID FD.CC.ON.862067.C110429 Bid Intent Not Available Defence Construction Canada - Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFP) for Temporary Steam Production Installations and Maintenance Services: ML220009, Temporary Steam Production Installations and Maintenance, Montreal Garrison, Quebec In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from Contractors to provide leased boilers as well as maintenance services specific to the Department of National Defence (DND) at the Montreal Garrison, Quebec. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this solicitation is to select one (1) firm, who will be awarded a lease contract for a period of three (3) years and forty-five (45) days from the date of award, with an option to purchase the equipment at the end of the Lease Period. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
