Reference number : 1618265 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The purpose of the Société d'habitation et de développement de Montréal (the Société) is to contribute to the economic and social development of the City of Montréal by developing real estate assets of a residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and cultural nature on its territory. The Company is an agent of the City of Montreal. The mandate is to provide a snow removal service and the spreading of abrasives and/or ice melters in the parking lots, sidewalks and other areas of the SHDM buildings. The Company intends to award nine (9) contracts for two winter seasons, each of its contracts covers a defined sector and will be awarded separately to the lowest compliant bidder. The bidder may bid for the number of sectors of his choice, however the same bidder may be retained to carry out the snow removal work in a maximum of three (3) sectors. GUARANTEE AND INSURANCE: The bid must be accompanied at least by one (1) bid guarantee in the amount of $5,000. If the Bidder wishes to bid for more than one sector and be awarded up to three (3) sectors, it must submit up to two (2) additional bid guarantees, separate from the first guarantee, in the amount of 5,000 $ each . Each bid bond must be valid for 90 days. A certificate of general civil liability insurance in the minimum amount of $2,000,000 will be required when the contract is awarded .
