**As of July 6, 2022, this project has been awarded to Excavating and Grading Company, Inc., in the amount of $1,919,863.69. The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements ol the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12). The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the current federal prevailing wage rates (Davis-Bacon Act Requirements). Upon award, the successful bidder shall be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement with the Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council, as specified in the proposal. l~he City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
