Site work for a water / sewer project in New Castle, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of New Castle is soliciting the services of a qualified engineering consultant with considerable experience with infrastructure, in particular water main design. The requested services shall encompass all phases of a comprehensive water main design, including preliminary plans, engineers cost estimate, final construction drawings and bid documents, WCDOH Approvals, including engineers report, construction administration and inspection for three (3) distinct project locations. The Town of New Castle intends to award a contract or contracts to a consultant/s that is/are capable of handling all of the work in-house. The Selected Professional Engineering Consultant/s (SPEC/s) should meet the qualifications as contained in this request and should have a history of successfully performing services on similar comprehensive projects. Familiarity with New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Mandatory SRF Terms and Conditions is also required.
