Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project will consist of excavation and installation of the composite liner system for the disposal cell, leachate collection system and transmission system, gas collection trenches, header piping, and wellheads, and general site improvements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities The project includes the following tasks: Preparation of work area; Excavation and grading of waste disposal cell; Installation of double-sided geocomposite beneath the new disposal cell area; Installation of gas collection trenches, header piping, and wellheads; Installation of composite liner (2-ft compacted clay and 60-mil HDPE textured geomembrane) system in new disposal cell; Installation of leachate collection and transmission system for waste cell; Stormwater improvements; General grading and stabilization of all disturbed areas; and, All related work pursuant to the Bid and Contract Documents including, but not limited to, the Technical Specifications and Contract Drawings
