One bid was received, which was more than 10% over the engineer’s estimate, therefore a contract will NOT be awarded. The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the construction of a 59-6 x 130 garage building for the Village Electric Department. By Order of Council, Village of Brewster Mike Miller, Village Administrator Village of Brewster Published in The Repostiory on June 3 and June 10, 2022. The right is reserved by the Council of Village of Brewster to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the Village of Brewster.
