The work consists of providing on-call trail maintenance and construction services for public work projects with a construction cost of less than $56,718.00 for the year 2022 per each individual project and for public works projects with a construction cost less than $177,256 for the year 2022 per each individual project. This On-call Task Order Contract shall be in effect August 1, 2022 until July 31, 2024. This is a two-year contract but can be amended to add an additional one (1) year extension. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Prequalification Questionnaires or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
