Site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Lakeville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project involves abatement of asbestos and regulated materials, utility disconnection, demolition and removal of all buildings/structures, footings, slabs, driveways/parking lots, backfilling, grading, and restoration at the Sites. Additionally, the removal of an abandoned railroad spur, underground storage tank, septic system, and sealing of two water wells will be required at Site 1 (Former Royal Milc Facility). The provisions of MN Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
