As of December 2022 this project is underway. Independent School District #194 will receive multiple prime sealed bids for the New Elementary No. 9 Bid Package C until 2:00 p.m. local time on July 19, 2022 at the Independent School District #194 District Office, 17630 Juniper Path, Suite A, Lakeville, Minnesota 55044, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid opening will take place in Studio 1 at the District Office. This project includes: A new 100,000 square foot elementary school and associate site and utility work. This Bid Package C includes: The remainder of the project scope The due date for any questions regarding the New Elementary No. 9 Bid Package C shall be submitted in writing to Loeffler Construction & Consulting by 5:00 p.m. on July 8, 2022. Submit questions to Eric Prettyman at eprettyman@loefflerconstruction.com Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #194 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before March 6, 2024.
