Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Granite City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work consists of removal and replacement of existing catch basins with new precast structures, removal and replacement of precast tops, installation of new precast catch basins, PCC sidewalk removal & replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement and all ancillary items at locations throughout the City of Granite City. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days of the scheduled time of closing bids. All bids must be made on forms furnished by the City of Granite City. This project is subject to availability of American Rescue Plan Act project funds. The successful bidder will be required to execute and present performance and payment bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. Bids must be for the contract as a whole.
