Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Clearwater River, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work generally comprises of the construction of underground utilities and roadways including: - Site preparation including clearing, grubbing, and stripping. - Installation of sanitary sewer including manholes and building services. - Installation of water mains including hydrants, valves, and building services. - Roadways including subgrade preparation, traffic gravel placement, CSP culvert installations and driveway approach installations. - Coordination with utility providers (SaskPower and SaskTel) for electrical and telecommunications servicing of the new subdivision including lot servicing and street lighting design and construction (refer to Section 01005 General Instructions). The work is located in the community of Clearwater River Dene Nation. Copies of the electronic Bid Documents in pdf format can be obtained from the bids&tenders website or from AECOM. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to Clearwater River Dene Nation. Failure to provide Bid Security will be a factor taken into account when awarding the contract.
