Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Glidden, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; for paving for a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 07/28/2022 Roof will be done this fall, 2022 and the deck, stairs and sidewalk will be completed the spring of 2023. The Ashland County Housing Authority is now receiving bids for the re-roofing of an 8-unit 2 story apartment building located at 174 E. 2nd Street, Glidden, WI. Also, at the same location a set of stairs and sidewalk. Contractor must carry Liability, Workers Compensation Insurance and must have a Federal ID Number. The Ashland County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
