It shall be the responsibility of the Offeror to see that their bid is delivered to the City Clerk by the date and time set for the bid request. If the mail or delivery of bid request is delayed beyond the opening date and time, bid thus delayed will not be considered. A public opening will be held and any bidder or their authorized representative is invited to attend. The City of Las Vegas reserves the right to reject any/or all bids submitted. The Project includes the following Work:
1. New Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station No. 8 with 6" PRV and new 2" PRV.
2. New PRV Station No. 9 with 8" PRV and 4" PRV.
3. Remove and dispose of existing PRV Station No. 8.
4. Remove and dispose of existing PRV Station No. 9.
5. Improvements to PRV Station No. 1 with rehabilitation of existing 12" PRV and 4" PRV.
6. Improvements to PRV Station No. 3 with rehabilitation of existing 6" PRV and with new 2" PRV.
7. Improvements to PRV Station No. 4 with rehabilitation of existing 6" PRV and with new 2" PRV.
8. Improvements to PRV Station No. 5 with rehabilitation of existing 6" PRV and with new 2" PRV.
9. Improvements to PRV Station No. 6 with rehabilitation of existing 8" PRV and existing 4" PRV.
10. Improvements to PRV Station No. 7 with rehabilitation of existing 10" PRV, removal of existing
4" flow meter, and installing a new 4" low-flow PRV.
11. Improvements to PRV Station No. 11 with rehabilitation of existing 6" PRV and installing a new
2" PRV.
12. Improvements to PRV Station No. 13 with a new 2" PRV.
13. Demolition of Alamo Street Pump / PRV Building. Removal and disposal of the existing metal
building and concrete foundation, all electrical components, exposed piping system, and buried
piping system. Restore ground surface to match surrounding surfaces.
