As of September 27, 2022, this request for qualifications for a pool of specialized disciplines has been closed. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Questions Due Date: Jun 30th 2022, 2:00 PM CDT The Leander Independent School District ("LISD" or the "District") wishes to establish a pool of professional service providers to support requirements for various professional services necessary for maintenance, repairs, remediations, renovations, additions, alterations, and minor construction projects.It is the District's policy to select firms providing professional services, in connection with the District's minor construction and major maintenance projects, based on demonstrated competence and the professional qualification necessary for the satisfactory performance at a fair and reasonable fee amount. LISD reserves the right at any time to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications.As proposals are received, the District will open, evaluate, and determine responsiveness to the RFQ requirements. This process will continue until the solicitation closing date. The District reserves the right to close the RFQ before the advertised closing date if it is determined an adequate number of firms have been added to the pool.Contact regarding this solicitation with other employees of the District outside the LISD Purchasing Office is prohibited during the Solicitation process unless directed by the Buyer or other District Purchasing officers. Respondents that fail to adhere to this requirement risk having their response disqualified.Each question, clarification or interpretation request must include all pertinent information required to receive a response. Failure to provide all information may delay a response from the District. The District reserves the right to inform the requester that the response to their request will be submitted through an addendum to all interested vendors and not be addressed directly through their request.
