Site work and paving for a road / highway in Leander, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Successful respondent shall provide construction services for the successful and on-time delivery of the Town Square Park and the Northline Circle. 1.1. Successful respondent shall provide designated Project Manager and Project Site Superintendent for duration of project. Said designees shall not be substituted or rotated off of the Project without express written approval of the change from City. Sealed responses addressed to the Purchasing Department, City of Leander for: CONSTRUCTION OF NORTHLINE TOWN SQUARE NORTHLINE CIRCLE. The City of Leander, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to construction services for the delivery of the construction of phase one (1) of The Town Square Park and the Northline Circle Project. The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by Design Workshop, 812 San Antonio Street, Suite 401, Austin, TX 78701. John Farrer 512-717-9782.
