This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the "Province") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Construction Site Safety Services to the NS Lands Healthcare Infrastructure Division (NS Lands) and Nova Scotia Department of Public Works (DPW), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to engage a qualified and experienced company/individual to provide Construction Site Safety Services for the Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) Healthcare Projects (the "Projects") on behalf of the NS Lands Healthcare Infrastructure Division (NS Lands) and Nova Scotia Department of Public Works (DPW), in accordance with the Agreement between the Province of Nova Scotia and the Company/Individual. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
