Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wrightstown Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Contract will generally include the Asphalt Seal Coat with Asphalt Fog Seal along four Township roadways (31,405 SY) and the Asphalt Seal Coat of one roadway (1,600 SY). All work and materials shall be in accordance with PennDOT Standards and Specifications. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/16/2022 4:00 PM Proposals must be made upon the forms furnished by the Township, as available electronically. The project is subject to the terms of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (Act 127 of 2012). Completed and signed "Public Works Employment Verification Form" is required as a precondition to the award of the Contract and is to be submitted as part of the submission of bid. Proposals must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount for the work detailed in Attachment 1, made payable to Wrightstown Township. Bids must be accompanied by an executed Non-Collusion Affidavit as set forth in the Contract Documents. Failure to submit an Affidavit with the bid proposal may result in disqualification of the bid.
