Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies and incidentals as necessary to replace (10), 16-gauge galvanized A60 hollow metal doors with flush top cap that were damaged during a recent break-in at the TWWTP. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications. Field measurements will be required for true fit and the ability to open, close, and lock properly. Identification of brand names are for expression of the quality in the materials and products. Bidders may propose substitutions of like/kind items with submission of detailed supportive documentation and literature that substantiates compliance. Approval of substitutes shall be at the sole discretion of the County. Ten (10) Hollow Metal Doors, 16ga. Galvanized A60 with flush top cap, each having: a. 3 Stanley FBB191NRP 4-1/2" x 4-12" x US32D standard weight hinge, stainless steel b. Corbin/Russwin ML2065 x US26D heavy duty mortise lockset, keyed alike to TWWTP standard c. LNC 4040XP S-CUSH x Al heavy duty closer with Cush-Stop arm d. Don-Jo IP90 stainless steel kick plate e. NGP 160SA perimeter weather seal kit f. NGP 600 A door sweep g. Doors to be delivered with primer finish
