Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Accepted forms of payment include Cashiers Check, Mon-ey Order, or company check (no personal checks will be accepted). Checks are to be payable to United ISD. Deposits will be refunded for each complete set of documents (including addenda) received by the United ISD Purchasing Office in good reusable condition within fourteen (14) days after the proposal award date. Shipping and handling of the documents are at the contractors expense. Properly sealed and marked responses shall be received at the United ISD, Purchasing Department NO LATER THAN the dates and times stated above for each CSP/RFP/RFQ listed. ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $7,210,470.00 The scope of work consists of designing and installing UV-C germicidal irradiating (UVGI) lamps in existing HVAC air handling units (AHUS) for in-duct air disinfection located on all United ISD campuses. The UV-C germicidal irradiation lamps shall be designed per ASHRAE recommendation for 90% inactivation of the SARS-COV2 virus.
