Deposits will be refunded for each complete set of documents (including addenda) received by the United ISD Purchasing Office in good reusable condition within fourteen (14) days after the proposal award date. Shipping and handling of the documents are at the contractors expense. Properly sealed and marked responses shall be received at the United ISD, Purchasing Department NO LATER THAN the dates and times stated above for each CSP/RFP/RFQ listed. ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $7,210,470.00 The scope of work consists of designing and installing UV-C germicidal irradiating (UVGI) lamps in existing HVAC air handling units (AHUS) for in-duct air disinfection located on all United ISD campuses. The UV-C germicidal irradiation lamps shall be designed per ASHRAE recommendation for 90% inactivation of the SARS-COV2 virus. Construction Start Date: 16 September 2022 Construction Substantial Completion Date: 21 August 2023 Final Completion Date: 21 September 2023 Question Cutoff Date 6/29/2022 05:00:00 PM (CT)
