Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Water, Sanitary Sewer, Drainage and Paving Facilities and Appurtenances to Serve Capital Parkway. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid.
