Subject to conditions prescribed by San Bernardino Community College District, Valley College (SBVC), responses to prequalification documents are sought for Design Build contracts for the following scopes for the aforementioned project: BP08 Windows & Glazing, Curtainwall, Storefront System and BP 09 Exterior Metal Stud, Plaster & Insulation. Please note this project will not be out to bid until June 22, 2022 (when plans will be made available to shortlisted subcontractors). GENERAL PROJECT OUTLINE : (N) one (1) 2-story +/- 39,300 GSF Allied Health building, (N) one (1) 2-story 25,000 GSF Aeronautics building, renovation of (E) welding building, abatement, and demolition of (E) buildings, surface parking and associated site improvements. Construction is scheduled to commence Winter 2023 and completion of the project spring 2026. Project is subject to SBCCD Community Benefit Agreement (PLA) PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROSPECTIVE SUBCONTRACTORS: SBCCD has determined that subcontractors who submit bids to Sundt Construction on this Project must be pre-qualified by Sundt Construction.
