The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter "offer(s)" or "IFB") for the construction of paving improvements for Gary Keith Park located at 2345 Highway 95 in Bullhead City, Arizona. Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, by email at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than June 30, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
