REPLACE ROOF OF THE AUBELL RANGER STATION, REDWOOD NATIONAL PARK, DEL NORTE COUNTY, CA The National Park Service, Redwood National Park, has a requirement for the replacement of the roof at the Aubell Ranger Station. This project is located near the North Operation Center. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the with a corresponding size standard of $16.5 million of gross annual receipts for the last three years. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers that are received from concerns that are not small business concerns, shall not be considered. This project will replace an existing membrane roof (including fascia and flashing throughout) at the Aubell Ranger Station. The new roof will be a PVC membrane roof. Any water-damaged wood components will be replaced as encountered. The old skylight will be removed. The non-functioning chimney will be partially removed (exterior only) and the roof hole will be pathed. Finally, the existing roof will be modified to allow for drainage to flow off the end of the roof as opposed to interior scuppers. New gutters, drip edge, and downspouts will be added to accommodate the new drainage pattern. The work of this contract consists of labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, parts, and materials necessary to accomplish the described work at Redwood National Park.
