Haines HWY Milepost 19 Debris Flow Structures- Underground Structure Analysis The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is seeking the following services for the Haines Highway Milepost 19 Debris Flow Structures to evaluate how much risk the compromised structures present to public traffic and wither the distressed structures can be repaired or must be replaced. Evaluate structural integrity of debris flow pipes. Provide numerical analysis in accordance with AASHTO and AKDOT&PF standards. Advise on monitoring structures for signs of movement, overstress and other signs of distress. Advise on feasibility of retrofit repairs or rehabilitation. Visit the site as needed to perform inspection necessary for data collection, analysis, instrumentation and monitoring.
