Work included under this Project consists of relocating the TV Studio to Centennial Hall at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. The Work generally includes removal & relocation of existing curved wall, green wall, curtains, and pipe grid system from existing studio in McCormick. Divide existing 2,613 sf gym into two spaces with floating partition wall. Convert existing 284 sf storage room to new control room space and install new flooring tiles over existing-to- remain gym floor.
